System status
Live service availability.
Every service below is checked automatically from an independent host every five minutes. These are real probe results, not a manually maintained page.
How these checks work
A scheduled job runs every five minutes and issues an HTTP request to each monitored service. It records the response code and how long the response took. A service is reported as operational on a 2xx or 3xx response, degraded when it responds slowly or intermittently, and down when the request fails or returns a server error.
The daily bars show the previous 90 days. A day counts as degraded if any check within it failed, and as an outage if a significant share did. Days before monitoring began are shown as unknown rather than as uptime we cannot actually evidence.
What is not covered here
These checks confirm that a service responds. They do not verify every internal function of that service, and they cannot detect a problem that affects only some users or only one workflow. If something is wrong for you and this page shows green, that is worth reporting rather than assuming it is a false alarm.
Reporting an incident
Email [email protected] or call +1 470-796-9783. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots and the exact time help more than anything else.
