How we work
Before anything gets built we map how the work is actually done today, including the spreadsheets and the workarounds. Software that ignores the real process gets abandoned within a quarter.
Work goes live in pieces that can be evaluated and rolled back. That keeps risk low and keeps the people who use the system involved in shaping it while it is still cheap to change.
We operate our own servers, monitoring, and deployment pipelines. When something breaks at eleven at night, the person who can fix it has access and context rather than a support ticket queue.
Source code, infrastructure, and data belong to the client. Everything is documented so another engineer could pick it up. Lock-in is a business model we have chosen not to have.
